Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tracked (the "Service"), operated as a private community tool for ticket resellers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Tracked. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Access & Subscription
Access to Tracked requires an active subscription purchased through Whop. Your access is gated by your Whop membership status — if your subscription ends, your access ends.
We use Discord for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to read your basic Discord profile (username, avatar, ID, email).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity, including ticket fraud or violation of resale laws in your jurisdiction.
- Share your account, log false data, or attempt to manipulate community-facing data feeds.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access Tracked through unauthorized means.
- Abuse rate limits or attempt to exploit the Discord posting system.
4. Your Data
Listings, sales, and profit data you log are private to your account. We display anonymous community-facing posts (e.g., share cards) only when you explicitly create them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Discord Community Posts
When you log a sale, a card may be posted to the public Discord channel. To prevent spam, only one such post per user is sent every 24 hours. Posts are anonymous in identity but contain your sale figures.
6. Service Availability
We provide Tracked "as is" with no guaranteed uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, data loss, or third-party services (Discord, Whop) becoming unavailable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and cancelling your Whop subscription.
8. Liability
Tracked is a personal record-keeping tool. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, tax reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Discord or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
