This Privacy Policy describes how Tracked ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our service.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service:
- Discord profile: ID, username, global name, avatar, and email — used for authentication and matching to your Whop subscription.
- Whop membership: verified via Whop's API to confirm active subscription. We do not store payment information.
- Your records: ticket listings, sales, prices, profit data, notes, and settings you enter in the dashboard.
- Session cookies: a single HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Authenticate you and verify subscription access.
- Display your private dashboard and analytics.
- Send anonymous community share cards to a Discord channel only when you explicitly create them.
- Assign you Discord roles within the Tracked community server.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with:
- Discord: for authentication and community posting. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Whop: for subscription verification. Subject to Whop's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a SQLite database on a private VPS in the EU. We use HTTPS for all traffic and store sessions in HTTP-only cookies. Daily encrypted backups are retained for 14 days.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your Whop subscription ends, your data remains stored unless you request deletion.
6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via the Tracked Discord server. Under GDPR, users in the EU/UK have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data.
7. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to maintain your login. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
Tracked is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via Discord or email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
